F.A.Q.

  • Absolutely! Almost all Bored Panda employees can take part in the Referral Program. The only exceptions are those at the very top (C-level, Heads, and Product/Project Owners), as well as people in Human Resources and Hiring Managers. So, if you're not in one of those categories, you're good to go :)

  • You can receive a bonus of 300 Euros for referring someone to a high-demand position, and for secondary high-demand positions, the bonus is 150 Euros. The exact bonus will be indicated in Slack announcements and the Referral Form. 

  • Referral bonuses are only for the most wanted positions which tend to be a bit more challenging to fill. The Recruitment team will announce them every month in the #tik-darbas Slack channel, so keep an eye on it! 

  • Find the green button on this page, and click it. Fill out the Referral Form with the person's name, contact info, and CV or work examples. Make sure they know about it and agree to be contacted by Bored Panda.

  • You'll get your referral bonus within 30 days after the person you referred successfully finishes their probation period and continues their career with us.
