As our Head of Product, you will take full ownership of boredpanda.com, shaping how one of the world's largest visual publishing platforms works, feels, and grows. Leading a dedicated, agile team and working directly with the COO, you will set the product vision and drive a roadmap that turns millions of monthly visits into loyal audiences and sustainable revenue. What You Will Do:
Define how boredpanda.com works as a whole, not page by page;
Shape how people move through the site: navigation, discovery, recirculation, session depth, and engagement features such as gamification;
Make the site the best possible home for our content, in close partnership with our content and distribution teams;
Turn that vision into a plan and ship it;
Own the programmatic stack and the product side of monetization: ad experience, placements, viewability, and the balance between revenue and user experience;
Own on-site monetization strategy, with an ad operations specialist on technical execution and our ad partners supporting delivery;
Run a single, clear intake for website development and keep a prioritized roadmap scored on impact, effort, and strategic fit;
Give the whole team visibility into what is being built and where it stands;
Partner with engineering to scope, sequence, and ship, bringing product judgment to how work gets prioritized;
Lead and grow a small team spanning ad operations and analytics.
What We Expect:
Experience owning a consumer web product, or a major part of one, ideally in media, publishing, or another high-traffic, ad-supported business;
A track record of taking products from vision to shipped features that moved real metrics;
Fluency with product and web analytics, and decisions grounded in data;
A strong grasp of how content sites make money: programmatic, ad experience, viewability, and the revenue-versus-experience balance;
The ability to align engineering and senior stakeholders behind a clear plan;
People leadership experience, or clear readiness for it;
Nice to have: hands-on experience with a programmatic stack and ad partners; work on recirculation, on-site engagement, or gamification; familiarity with editorial or newsroom-adjacent environments.

Salary: €5,800 – €8,000 gross/month, depending on experience.
