We are excited to announce that we are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team for the award-winning art and pop culture magazine “boredpanda.com.” Prepare to work for a leading publisher of uplifting stories that cure boredom all over the world!
What You Will Do:
Assist in mapping and documenting current workflows across content production. Help identify bottlenecks based on team feedback;
Work with cross-functional teams to understand their daily pain points and operational needs;
Help maintain clear, up-to-date internal documentation and operational guides for the team;
Actively test new AI tools and features to find ways to streamline daily processes;
Help the team with daily AI prompt engineering, sharing tips and tricks to help everyone operate faster;
Assist in documenting AI best practices and setting up basic automations to eliminate repetitive tasks;
Maintain and update operational dashboards;
Gather and structure data from Google Analytics and Chartbeat for weekly reports;
Support HR and leadership in tracking and administering incentive programs tied to content quality, speed, and engagement goals.
What We Expect:
Bachelor's degree in Value Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analysis, or a related field;
Experience in process improvement, operations, or data tracking (experience in digital publishing or media is a huge plus);
Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and a high willingness to learn analytical tools (Google Analytics, Chartbeat, Looker, Power BI);
Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in a work, academic, or personal context - not just aware of them, but actually using them to solve problems;
Curious, and when faced with a roadblock, your first instinct is to look for solutions yourself (using AI, research, or documentation) rather than waiting to be told;
Strong communicator who can collaborate across diverse teams and clearly explain process steps to creative colleagues.
What We Offer:
We'll foster your growth: get encouraged to train your extra skills, talents or passion and apply them at work;
We'll cover your health: private health and accident insurance will be at your service after the first 3 months with us;
We'll celebrate your success: bonuses for weddings, childbirths, referred friends, and more;
We'll give you memories: immerse yourself in themed parties, team buildings, and other events.
