We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Junior Social Media Manager, you will support the planning, creation, and management of content across multiple social media platforms. You will play a key role in helping to build our online presence, increase engagement, and support marketing campaigns If you are passionate about digital trends, love engaging with online communities, and have a flair for content creation, we’d love to hear from you. What You Will Do:
Assist in managing and growing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, and other platforms);
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, and short videos);
Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions, responding in a timely and professional manner;
Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports on engagement and growth;
Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices;
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
What We Expect:
Some experience managing social media accounts (personal, freelance, or professional);
Familiarity with major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, or similar;
Basic understanding of social media analytics and content performance;
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail;
Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.);
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools, or similar);
Understanding of paid social media advertising.
