What You Will Do:

• Source, screen, and proactively reach out to candidates to build a strong talent pipeline;

• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit;

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements;

• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs;

• Coordinate and schedule interviews to ensure a smooth hiring process;

• Maintain and update our ATS, track candidate data, and support market research;

• Ensure a positive and smooth experience for candidates throughout the process;

• Collaborate with HR and other teams on different company initiatives;

• Represent Bored Panda in events, career fairs, and employer branding activities.

What We Expect:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

• Familiarity with LinkedIn or other sourcing tools would be a plus;

• Basic knowledge of employer branding or interest in it would be a plus;

• Positive, can-do attitude and strong motivation to grow in Talent Acquisition.

Compensation: The position offers a fixed gross monthly salary ranging from 2,000€ to 2,800€, depending on qualifications and experience, with additional performance-based bonuses on top.
