We’re looking for a curious, hands-on social media mind who enjoys experimenting with tools and turning content into engaging social media posts.
 

What You Will Do:

• Turn long-form content (articles, guides, workflows) into short, snackable social media content;

• Create visual content for social platforms (short videos, graphics, carousels);

• Experiment with content formats and growth ideas within the creator ecosystem;

• Help find creative ways to reach and engage creators online.

What We Expect:

• Curiosity about content creation tools and the creator economy;

• Curiosity about social media;

• Basic visual editing skills (photo/video) - using AI tools or traditional tools;

• Willingness to experiment and learn;

• Availability to work on-site in our Vilnius office;

• No previous experience required;

• Nice to have: familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, or Reddit.
