Creative Lead – Animation (On-site)

Our team consists of around 350 creative professionals from 36 countries, with 2 offices in Vilnius, Lithuania.
We’re looking for a Creative Lead to own the creative direction of an animation project - a hands-on role where you will shape storytelling, direct creative execution, and ensure strong visual and narrative consistency across episodes, guiding the team to deliver engaging, production-ready content for young audiences.
What You Will Do:
Be responsible for maintaining the overall visual style, storytelling quality, and creative consistency of the kids’ animation series;
Guide, supervise, and review the work of the creative team to ensure strong artistic execution and alignment with the project vision;
Act as the key bridge between the Product Owner, Project Manager, and the creative team, translating ideas and requirements into clear creative direction;
Work closely with the Producer, Project Manager, Product Owner, and all divisions to ensure all technical requirements of the animation project are delivered with outstanding quality;
Stay up to date with relevant animation tools, workflows, and technology trends (hardware and software) that best support the production;
Collaborate with the Producer, Project Manager, and HR to expand the team and adapt the working scope according to each stage of production.
What We Expect:
Experience as a Creative Director or Creative Supervisor;
Demonstrated expertise in animation, directing, and scriptwriting;
Outstanding understanding of shape, composition, physical motion, weight, and balance;
Strong knowledge of traditional animation principles and the ability to capture and transmit acting personality to characters;
Solid understanding of 2D computer graphics theory and practice; 3D animation skills will be considered an advantage;
Experience in kids’ animation production will be considered an advantage;
Advanced English proficiency;
Excellent creative, technical, and cross-functional communication skills;
Strong listening, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Compensation: The position offers a fixed gross monthly salary ranging from 3,500€ to 5,000€, depending on qualifications and experience.
*Selected candidates will be required to go through several recruitment stages: a test task, a virtual interview (pre-recorded), and an interview with the hiring manager.
