We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Programmatic / AdOps Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will own our programmatic strategy and manage advertising operations in Google Ad Manager, driving performance and maximizing revenue from our digital inventory. You will work closely with developers and partners, continuously optimize our ad stack, and turn data into actionable insights. What You Will Do:
Lead the Monetization Vision: Craft and drive our in-house programmatic strategy to ensure we are getting the most value out of our digital inventory;
Take Full Ownership of Ad Ops: Be responsible for the complete advertising setup and performance within Google Ad Manager. You’ll oversee both the technical implementation and the financial results (yield management);
Optimize for Success: Proactively monitor our ad stack’s performance, finding creative and technical ways to improve results and maximize revenue;
Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with our internal development team to integrate new ad technologies and with 3rd party vendors to maintain high-performing partnerships;
Continuous Innovation: Always look for ways to refine and improve our setup. You’ll be the one searching for the next technical upgrade or smarter way to streamline our operations;
Tell the Story with Data: Turn complex GAM data and programmatic trends into clear, insightful reports that provide real value to the team;
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep our operations compliant with data privacy standards and stay updated on the latest industry shifts.
What We Expect:
A Programmatic Pro: You have hands-on experience in the programmatic ecosystem (ideally on the publisher side) and feel right at home using Google Ad Manager;

Salary: up to 4000 Euros/gross.
