We’re excited to share that we’re looking for a strategic and people-driven Head of HR to lead our HR function! Join a fast-growing, international media company and shape a high-impact people strategy that supports creativity, performance, and sustainable growth.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and continuously develop the company’s overall HR strategy aligned with business goals;

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and managers on all people-related topics;

• Own and oversee core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and talent development to performance management and off-boarding;

• Build, mentor, and lead the HR team, fostering a strong culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence;

• Drive organizational development initiatives, including leadership development, succession planning, and culture evolution;

• Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions and improve employee experience and engagement;

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, proactively managing risks and best practices;

• Lead and sponsor key HR projects and change initiatives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

What We Expect:

• Proven experience in a senior HR role (Head of HR, HR Director, or similar), preferably in a dynamic organization.

• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into effective people solutions;

• Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development;

• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization;

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities;

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading change in a fast-growing environment;

• Excellent communication skills, written and oral, in English and Lithuanian.

Compensation: The fixed monthly gross salary for this role ranges from €5,785 to €8,265, depending on your experience and skills.
