We are currently looking for a talented Art Coordinator to join our enthusiastic and vibrant team for the Mr. Bricks channel at Bored Panda. Your role will be crucial in delivering exceptional LEGO projects for our audience. Our goal is to produce entertaining, straightforward and unique video content that caters to young viewers across the globe.       

Responsibilities:

• Handle the preparation and organization of sets, props, and crafts required for production;
• Assist in logistical tasks, including sourcing actors, arranging locations or special activities, and sourcing needed materials;
• Assist content creators and work closely with art team to ensure efficient workflows during both pre-production and production;
• Provide hands-on support in crafting, assembling props, and preparing production elements;
• Support the team with any on-set requirements;
• Occasionally contribute to LEGO-related tasks, if required.
  

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment;
• Hands-on crafting skills and ability to work with various materials;
• Strong problem-solving skills & adaptability;
• Creative mindset with attention to detail;
• Strong teamwork and communication skills;
• Fluency in English (spoken and written);
• Must be physically located in Vilnius for on-site project execution and collaboration.
