You will:

• Take full ownership of several social media channels, including  Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok;
• Create and execute strategic plans for both video and written content across platforms;
• Focus on process improvement and channel performance rather than just technical execution;
• Lead content publishing efforts, ensuring quality and consistency in every piece;
• Work closely with a team to coordinate content delivery and scheduling;
• Dive deep into analytics and monetization strategies to grow audience and revenue;
• Report regularly on key performance metrics and suggest improvements;
• Ensure smooth workflows and communication with the production team to stay on track with posting schedules;
  

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have experience managing and growing social media channels;
• Understand and can interpret data and analytics to drive decisions;
  
• Are comfortable owning a channel and being accountable for its performance;
  
• Are process-oriented and good at managing workflows;
  
• Have experience or strong interest in monetization strategies;
  
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can meet tight deadlines;
  
• Have strong communication skills and excellent English;

Salary: 1870-2630 EUR gross/monthly + additional bonuses based on performance.
