We are happy to announce that we are currently seeking for a Freelance Props and Set Master to join our team for the Secret Diaries project. Our YouTube channel produces high-quality short series with real actors and top-notch filming locations. We are committed to creating stories that tackle meaningful themes, featuring life morals and lessons with long-lasting impact on viewers.

What Will You Do:

• Fulfil creative ideas in the filming set according to a specific theme of the script;
• Design and craft various props according to a specific theme or idea;
• Work in close collaboration with the team of director and DOP to create the vision for the filming set through furniture, decorations, colours, and other interior details;
• Prepare to shoot in a specific location and match the style of the props to location’s given atmosphere;
• Research American lifestyle and culture to incorporate on set;
• Create things that millions of people will watch.

What We Expect:

• Being handy with tools such as a hot glue gun, a screwdriver, knife;
• Ambition to learn new things;
• Ability to creatively and quickly prepare props/set with the given resources;
• Courage to make independent decisions;
• Uphold a positive attitude with the ability to process constructive criticism and accept feedback as a growth opportunity;
• Knowledge of visual arts (colour matching rules, interior design), and production process;
• Set design or related field experience in the filmmaking industry (would be a plus).
• Knowledge of design software: AI, PS, Canva or something else that you use;
• Ability to “rebrand” something. E.g. change painkillers label.
