What You Will Do:

As our YouTube Content Creator, you will play a main role in every stage of our video production process:

Pre-Production:

• Generate creative and innovative content ideas that engage and resonate with our audience;
• Lead the scriptwriting process, crafting compelling and imaginative narratives that bring our Lego stories to life;
• Collaborate with LEGO builders, crafters and video editors to finalize visual storytelling details and ensure alignment with the creative direction.

Production:

• Lead the production of engaging video content, including filming to showcase LEGO builds, stories, and adventures;
• Collaborate with the team to ensure your creative vision is realized, upholding the highest standards of quality, entertainment, and viewer engagement.

Post-Production:

• Collaborate with video editors to ensure your creative vision is perfectly executed in the editing process;
• Oversee the final product, ensuring it aligns with your vision and resonates with the audience;

What We Expect:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Director, or Video Producer in the media industry;
• Strong skills in video production, including filming, lighting, and sound design;
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) with a keen eye for detail and storytelling;
• Experience in scriptwriting and structuring engaging narratives for digital platforms;
• Fluency in both Lithuanian and English (written and spoken);
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment;
• A genuine passion for content creation, creativity, and innovation in video storytelling.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary package with a fixed salary ranging from 2070 to 2460 EUR gross per month, along with the opportunity to earn additional performance-based bonuses, bringing the total potential salary up to 3300 EUR gross per month. The bonus will be awarded based on your performance and contributions to the company.
