We are currently on the lookout for a Freelance Acting Coach to join our enthusiastic and vibrant team for the YouTube channel Gotcha!. Our goal is to produce entertaining, straightforward and unique video content that caters to young viewers across the globe.

 

What You Will Do:

• Provide feedback to actors to ensure their performances align with project goals;
• Collaborate with directors and writers to create and train actors on exaggerated characters;
• Assess and improve actors’ performances;
• Organize and lead workshops to enhance actors' acting skills, especially for children;
• Advise directors on directing actors, especially children, and keeping them engaged on set;
• Manage and inspire young performers, adapting workflows to their needs on set.

What We Expect:

• Proven experience as an Acting Coach, Teacher, Director, or in a similar role;
• Expertise in developing exaggerated acting styles for dramatized content;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Creativity and innovation in working with actors;
• Patience and a calm approach to guiding actors, especially children;
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English is required;
• Degree in acting, theater, or directing is preferred;
• Proven experience working with children;
• Experience in actor casting is highly valued;
• Experience in social media or video content production is a plus.
