We are in search of a talented Filming Coordinator to join our dynamic and passionate team for the YouTube channels Woosh! and Zoom GO. We specialize in creating fun and easily understandable content for young viewers worldwide, focusing on "American" culture. Take the chance to work on fun video projects that showcase your talents and leave a lasting impression on our global audience. 

What You Will Do:

• Planning and coordinating current and next day’s video production - making sure that all the departments are ready and prepared and there are no missing links;
• Documentation during preparation for filming;
• Coordinating processes in the production stage;
• Collaborating with the Producer and Coordinator in daily planning;
• Managing priorities and workload effectively and working closely with the team to meet production and delivery deadlines;
• Communicating with actors and other freelancers (their wage, timetable, and issues);
• Finding the right locations and animals for filming.

What We Expect:

• Experience in television or film/video production is a plus;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must;
• Strong organizational ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
• Ability to solve problems quickly and promptly;
• It is preferable to be able to work with Google Sheets and Google Docs;
  
• Ability and desire to work in a team;
• Excellent attention to detail.
