What You Will Do:

• Oversee all stages of video production, from script development to filming and post-production, ensuring the seamless execution of each phase;
• Coordinate the production team, delegating tasks effectively while maintaining a hands-on approach;
• Ensure all aspects of the production process are well-organized, from scheduling to resource allocation;
• Work closely with the Project Owner and the team to develop content strategies and contribute to creative ideas that align with the channel's vision;
• Analyze performance metrics to assess the success of content and guide future production improvements;
• Collaborate with partners to integrate brand elements into the content, ensuring seamless and effective brand representation;
• Participate in project planning meetings (PPM) and ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
