We are currently on the lookout for a talented Pre-Production Producer to join our enthusiastic and vibrant team for the YouTube channel Gotcha!. Our goal is to produce entertaining, straightforward and unique video content that caters to young viewers across the globe.

What You Will Do:

• Drive and manage the entire creative process, ensuring a cohesive vision and execution from concept to completion.
• Organize, optimize, and improve workflows and processes to ensure smooth operations and successful project outcomes.
• Work closely with scriptwriters, researchers, directors, and project owners to create top-notch products that meet our high standards.
• Engage in the creative process, providing quality control and enhancing scripts, ideas, and concepts to ensure the best possible results.
• Maintain clear and efficient communication with production and post-production teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Constantly seek ways to improve both the product and the work processes, staying ahead of industry trends and standards.
