We are currently on the lookout for a motivated, detail-oriented Distribution Specialist to join our enthusiastic and vibrant team for the YouTube channel Gotcha!. Our goal is to produce entertaining, straightforward, and unique video content that caters to young viewers across the globe.

What You Will Do:

• Uploading videos to YouTube, including titles, descriptions and thumbnails;
• Compiling long-form videos from historically filmed ~10-minute clips; compilations should meet viewing benchmarks;
• Managing documentation related to video releases;
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of videos, making your conclusions, and suggesting improvements;
• Ensuring all uploads are successful and analyzing any discrepancies or issues that arise;
• Collaborating with a multi-language team;
• Assisting in other projects based on individual strengths, which may include attending meetings, coordinating processes, and other tasks as desired/ needed.
