We are excited to announce that we are currently looking for a talented Content Category Lead to join our team for the award-winning art and pop culture magazine “boredpanda.com”. Prepare to work for a leading publisher of uplifting stories that cure boredom all over the world! 

What You Will Do:

• Be responsible for one of our content categories : overseeing the team, processes and performance

• Constantly test and implement new changes to improve final results

• A/B test new article types, templates, covers and anything that could be testable.

• Develop and optimize content strategy according to data to maximize views per article;

• Review content to ensure it meets high standards of quality and performance;

• Implement and supervise performance-driven workflow for the production of articles;

• Take responsibility for KPI delivery and ensure growth.

• Have a close cross-team collaboration with development and testing teams.

What We Expect:

• Previous experience at least 3 years in Project management, preferably Content team management

• High level of ownership - leading the project and owning the strategy and results

• Previous writing experience or content creation is a big advantage

• Ability to generate ideas for engaging content based on market trends;

• Creative approach and ability to make informed decisions backed up by data;

• Strong leadership ability to manage a team;

• Good judgment, competent decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving skills;

• Fluency in English and Lithuanian (both written and verbal).

Salary: 3 300 - 5 000 eur/gross
