Are you a passionate and innovative designer with a knack for creating compelling multimedia graphics and videos? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a flair for analyzing data to drive performance? We're seeking a talented Performance Creative Designer to join our dynamic team and help us take our marketing efforts to the next level.

What You Will Do:

• Craft captivating multimedia graphics, advertisements, and marketing materials;
• Develop engaging video ads using Adobe Premiere and After Effects;
• Take ownership of the entire design process, from concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality and on-time deliverables;
• Utilize ad-testing data;
• Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and make strategic design adjustments.

What We Expect:

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Motion Designer;
• Proficiency and hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere and After Effects to create visually stunning videos;
• Comfort and proficiency in working with a wide range of visual materials;
• Strong results-oriented mentality, with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance metrics;
• A curious and explorative mindset that fuels your creativity without fear of being wrong;
• A unique blend of creativity and analytical thinking, allows you to devise innovative solutions;
  
• Experience in creating video content specifically for TikTok and Meta ad-style videos;
• Experience designing thumbnails in Photoshop and Canva is a big plus.
