Our video channel GOTCHA is growing fast! We are looking for a passionate Senior Video Editor to complete our creative team. This is a full-time position based in our Vilnius office!

What You Will Do:

• Create videos that captivate and entertain our young audience;
  
• Take responsibility for all technical aspects of video post-production (video editing, effects, audio tracks & sound effects);
  
• Generate ideas on how to increase video watch time using video editing techniques;
  
• Collaborate with the team to generate fresh content ideas;
  
• Choose compelling audio tracks and sound effects.
  
  What We Expect:
  
  
• More than 3 years of working experience in video editing (commercials, social ads, TV, etc.);
  
• Being a creative storyteller with an attitude of how to retain an audience;
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects;
  
• Knowledge of visual effects;
  
• A genuine enthusiasm for YouTube content (understanding what styles are used by creators to maintain high audience attention);
  
• Independent and proactive mindset;
  
• Strong teamwork skills;
  
• A strong desire to comprehend and embrace various styles of editing, continuously expanding your skill set.
