We are excited to announce that we are currently looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team for the award-winning art and pop culture magazine “boredpanda.com”. Prepare to work for a leading publisher of uplifting stories that cure boredom all over the world!

What you will do:

• Identify and nurture new leads in US market to establish business opportunities with international brands;
• Research, contact, and negotiate with the biggest brands in the world;
• Efficiently steer the sales process from lead generation to deal closure;
• Manage the sales positions within the company, when they are already sold;
• Communicate with different departments and ensure a high level of final result;
• Identify the necessary ad networks, and manage to create a connection with them;
• Negotiate the best possible deals on all ends.
• Create the position where we become one of the most desired media publishers in our niche;
• Track and report monetary results and other metrics to identify if our strategy is working.

What we expect:

• Proven sales experience (at least 4 years) in direct sales or partnerships. Huge advantage if in direct sales within a publisher company;

• Knowledge of different approaches of outreach - in the way that they will pick up the phone when we do not expect that;

• Being a perfect negotiator. Negotiation of commercial terms is a needed experience;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to awe not just us but the partners as well;

• Basic digital marketing knowledge;

• Have perfect English writing and language skills (you will be mostly working with the US market).
