Now we are seeking a proactive, ambitious, and hard-working Producer for our new "Minecraft" channel!

What You Will Do:

• Work closely with the team to meet production and delivery deadlines;
• Create time-efficient and effective workflow processes;
• Manage priorities and workload effectively to meet all schedules and deadlines;
• Work closely with the creative director - helping to fulfill the creative ideas and manage the filming schedules;
• Supervise voice actors & players - hiring, and organizing their filming timeline;
• Control production set build timelines and look for additional crew members;
• Subordinate workflow during game props production and coordinate all the process.

What We Expect:

• Have experience in film/video production;
• Proven ability to build, manage, and lead a production team;
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English are must;
• Strong organizational ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
• Understanding of social media and video platforms;
• Keen eye on details, result-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude.
