Now we are seeking a proactive, ambitious, and hard-working Creative Director for our new "Minecraft" channel! 

What You Will Do:

• Oversee the day-to-day of the entire gaming department production;

• Have the foresight to plan and execute future productions more effectively;

• Manage production timelines to adequately handle programming needs;

• Actively take seemingly impossible creative ideas and help make them a reality;

• Actively look for ways to execute high-level goals while maintaining efficient day-to-day workflow;

• Communicate logistics needs with all relevant parties daily;

• Manage and mentor Gaming Creatives and Producers and capitalize on teachable moments;

• Lead weekly meetings to make sure we’re only delivering the most exciting videos;

• Keep shoots on schedule by helping manage workflow and reprioritize the team when needed.

What We Expect:

• 3+ years of experience working in the creative industry;
• High level of expertise in Minecraft or the gaming industry;
• A great communicator who loves collaboration;
• A results-driven team player;
• Someone who can manage a lot while staying calm and organized;
• Expert-level understanding of production processes;
• Experience working closely in cooperation with video editors.
