We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Freelance Director to join the team based in our Vilnius office! You can check out how we work here!

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for pre-production work : analyzing script, choosing locations, discussing and deciding the visual storytelling details with cameramen, conduct a script reading workshop with actors prior the first shooting day;
• Be responsible for production work: working with actors and other team members on set to execute your creative vision on set;
• Be responsible for post-production work: Working with a video editor to make sure the creative vision is executed the way you envisioned it, being proud of the final product, and watching the channel grow;

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of all production and post-production processes, formats, and techniques;
• Experience in directing videos;
• Experience working on set with a team and actors;
• Dedicated and committed team player;
• Knowledgeable and up-to-date on social trends and platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram)
• Strong English language skills.
